Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please be sure that your P.O. box can receive shipments from all carriers.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the nature of on demand production, Snowed In will not issue returns or refunds due to incorrect size, only store credit. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at diana@freiheitdesign.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
